Co-founder of StrataBridge, Chris works with a range of clients worldwide, across industry sectors, on strategy development, innovation and integrated decision-making. A highly respected facilitator, Chris has a unique ability to understand and simplify complex business issues and opportunities and translate these into coherent action.
Chris has worked with leadership teams around the world, helping them to articulate, share and realise their strategies through driving innovation, aligning the organisation, integrating decision making and building capability. Chris’s long-term client relationships are built on his ability to balance the delivery of fast results with sustainability. Chris’s clients include AstraZeneca, Bakehouse, Coca-Cola, Compass Minerals, Mars, Mass Mart SA, PZ Cussons, SC Johnson, and Shell.
Prior to founding StrataBridge, Chris was part of the leadership of Oliver Wight Europe, Africa & Middle East from 1989 to 2000, where he led and developed a range of courses, including Top Management, Five Day, S&OP and Demand Management. Through this time Chris was heavily involved in the development of S&OP into what became the ‘Five Step Process’ and development of the Class A Checklist.
